Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team at Bumgarner Asset Management in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and performance of all building systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily utility duties for downtown and/or midtown properties
  • Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding engineering, maintenance, and facilities services
  • Evaluate and respond to requests from the Angus system
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (chillers, boilers, water tower, main air handling units, exhaust fans)
  • Assist with repairs and improvements to buildings and systems
  • Train other engineers to perform maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • High school or general equivalency diploma
  • Detailed-oriented and self-motivated individual with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of engineering and maintenance principles within real estate and construction preferred
  • Licensed by the City of Tulsa as a 1st or 3rd class limited engineer (for 3rd Class or 1st Class Positions)
