Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mounting Equipment Operator to join our team at Labor Solutions, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and running mounting equipment, including Tunker and Automatan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate mounting equipment to meet production requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in all work produced.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the die cutting assistant/department manager.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
  • Accurately report time and quantities using the ELF system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of mounting experience on any material preferred.
  • Ability to communicate/understand written and oral instructions.
  • Thorough understanding of finishing equipment operation.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
  • Demonstrates a positive safety attitude.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for full shifts of 12 hours.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
