Compensation: Competitive Salary

Position Summary

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)

Bonus Structure: Up to $10,000 in sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses, customized to your location and our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement a diverse array of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
  • Work closely with families and other professionals to customize ABA programs to meet specific client requirements.
  • Oversee direct care staff (i.e., behavior therapists) and travel to various client locations.
  • Assess and update client progress reports using industry-leading data collection tools.
  • Engage in organizational enhancements utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000 (disbursed after 90 days of employment)
    Referral bonus of $2,000 total ($1,000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 6 months and another $1,000 after 12 months)

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing client programs (preferably within the ABA sector).
  • Enthusiastic leaders who take pleasure in training, managing, and supporting entry-level direct care staff.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, TB test, and possess or obtain immunities to MMR/VZV.
