Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at the Kellogg Company. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing, merchandising, and promoting the sale of consumer packaged goods within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain store presentation standards through building displays, in-store fixture installations, store sets, shelf maintenance, down stocks, retrofits, inventory reconciliations, display maintenance, and POP installations.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.
  • Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to enable them to better drive sales to the end user.
  • Service multiple stores daily.
  • Generate sales by increasing brand awareness through direct interactions with consumers.
  • Participate in promotional events in assigned territory.
  • Measure and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and demonstrate safe work practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Promote and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, including consumers, store personnel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in prioritizing, planning, and organizing.
  • Competitive drive to succeed.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects weighing 50lbs or more.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and evenings as needed.
  • Exercise independent judgment.
  • Must have an Android or iPhone smartphone with a data plan.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proof of car insurance.
  • Clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 2 years of previous sales or retail experience.
