Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a variety of projects from the initial planning stages through to final completion.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of experts to ensure superior project outcomes.
  • Effectively managing project timelines, financial plans, and deliverable deadlines.

Key Duties:

  • Conducting estimating, value engineering, and pre-construction activities.
  • Managing subcontract allocations and sourcing of materials.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Supervising on-site personnel and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Preparing detailed project documentation, including reports, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction settings.
