CM CORP, a distinguished General Contractor located in Southern California, is in search of a proficient Construction Project Manager with a robust background in retail and restaurant development. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Management capacity, demonstrating outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a variety of projects from the initial planning stages through to final completion.
- Working collaboratively with a team of experts to ensure superior project outcomes.
- Effectively managing project timelines, financial plans, and deliverable deadlines.
Key Duties:
- Conducting estimating, value engineering, and pre-construction activities.
- Managing subcontract allocations and sourcing of materials.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Supervising on-site personnel and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Preparing detailed project documentation, including reports, RFIs, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction settings.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
