Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive environment and experience for guests at assigned client sites. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents, making periodic patrols, and controlling access to client sites or facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, providing for client property and personnel security and safety.
  • Patrols and Inspections: Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
  • Access Control: Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
  • Scene Preservation: Preserve the scene of incidents in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
  • Log Keeping: Prepare logs and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Meet City/State Requirements: Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
  • Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication: Must have reliable means of communication.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Driver's License: Must have a Valid Driver's License.
  • Writing Skills: Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
