We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Meat Department team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department and surrounding areas
- Restock shelves and displays with fresh products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store
- Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
