We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat and Seafood Clerk to join our team at Tops Friendly Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Weigh, wrap, price, prepare, and label meat or seafood products to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including proper handling and storing of products.
  • Ensure proper operation of and temperatures in cooler, prep area, freezer, lobster tanks, and cases.
  • Fulfill customer requests for meat/seafood products and answer customer questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
