About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the roles of Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hagerstown, WV area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Manage the efficient operation of the repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and sales staff

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
