We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our Offer Development team, responsible for coordinating efforts between customer and sales, finance, and legal departments. This role involves creating, executing, and processing financial quotes and private tenders, ensuring all contracts are structured in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

The Role
  • Provide financial quotes and analysis, revising as needed throughout the negotiation process.
  • Track the status of new offers to measure win rates and cycle times.
  • Ensure all contracts are structured in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate a strategic partnership with the Sales Organization, providing guidance on contracting options and effective programs/promotions.
  • Implement agreements in Ortho's contracting system after completing a comprehensive contract review and validation.
  • Monitor agreements throughout the contract life cycle with respect to compliance to contractual performance requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with the US Sales Organization to remedy non-compliant contracts.
The Individual

Required

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years business experience required.
  • Strong project management and high attention to detail to meet timelines and milestones.
  • Strong Analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to achieve objectives in challenging and complex situations.
  • Aptitude for learning, willingness to adapt quickly, and enthusiasm to continually improve.

Preferred

  • Masters or MBA.
  • Experience in a tightly regulated industry.

Internal: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations.

The Work Environment

This professional will operate in a typical office environment, requiring the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $99,000 and is eligible for the Global Bonus Plan.
