Job Description

As a Store Manager in Training at Circle K, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail sales professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Coastal Carolina Region, specifically in Market 04 located at 2996 Gillespie St, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a positive and enthusiastic team of employees to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and net profits, including analyzing daily sales and expense information.
  • Ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept based on Company standards.
  • Manage and supervise store employees to ensure all required and requested reports are completed accurately and timely.
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers and promote excellent service to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
  • A valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
Working Conditions
  • Performs approximately all work indoors but will be required to work outside to clean parking lots, gas pumps, take out garbage, etc.
  • Be exposed to occasional cold temperature extremes while supervising or managing store employees performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer.
  • Be exposed to occasional noise.
