Cultivation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Cultivation Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day care of our plants, including trimming, pruning, debucking, transplanting, canopy manipulation, harvesting, data entry, and overall plant care at our cannabis cultivation facility.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced cultivators and contribute to the success of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily tasks such as trimming, pruning, and harvesting
• Monitor growing conditions and review changes in humidity, moisture, and temperature
• Inspect crops to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a horticulture or agriculture setting
• Strong knowledge of weights and measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
