Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of University Place. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor cleaning operations to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a janitorial or maintenance role preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
