About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Intelligence Leader to join our Corporate and Workplace Solutions team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Global Security team, you will be responsible for leading our crisis management program and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure effective incident management and crisis response
  • Design and deliver scenario-based crisis management drills to validate incident response and ensure proficiency in crisis management tools
  • Supervise the delivery of strategic and tactical intelligence products related to our mission, including identifying emerging security trends and providing security recommendations
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in open sources, social media, and investigative tool sets to identify threats to Goldman Sachs
  • Support the collection, visualization, and analysis of data to understand risk and performance, and facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with local and regional GSOC/Intelligence managers to benchmark programming and performance
Requirements
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community or leading an intelligence function or GSOC
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop credible relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proficiency in public speaking and formal briefings
  • High level of organizational capacity to address simultaneous taskings
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Masters Degree preferred
