Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Advanced Radiology. As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mammographic equipment and other medical devices with precision and attention to detail, adhering to established company policies and protocols.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Understand and utilize various equipment settings, including compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, and photo cell selection, to produce optimal images.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing and addressing any discomfort or medical issues that may arise.
  • Guide patients through the examination process, providing clear explanations and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patient care.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R)(M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
