Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a travel CT Technologist in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or CT Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
