We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple integration projects simultaneously, including acquisitions of ASCs and Surgical Hospitals, construction and development of new ASCs or Surgical Hospitals, mergers of one or more existing surgery facilities, and other types of investments, acquisitions, and de-integrations.
The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment. They will also have experience working with architects, contractors, and physicians in the development and construction of ASCs, as well as skillset to work with physicians and equipment planners in the initial equipping of new surgical facilities.
The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, from planning stages to complete execution of the workplan. This includes leveraging diligence findings and Operational Readout information in determining integration priorities, leading the Operating Model process, and partnering with support service departments to ensure effective communication, facility support, and efficient use of SCA resources.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration, and 2 years of practical project management experience, with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired. They will also have experience on multiple projects creating new surgery centers or surgical hospitals (de novo projects).
This is a full-time position that requires approximately 25% travel. The salary range is $85,000.00/Yr. to $115,000.00/Yr.
