The Staff Pad is seeking a skilled Risk Manager/Quality Coordinator RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Investigate incident reports, patient complaints, and adverse events to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and policies
• Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and staff education on quality and safety practices
• Assist in employee health coordination, including immunization tracking, TB screening, injury/incident follow-ups, and occupational health protocols
• Ensure compliance with infection control and workplace safety standards
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA and institutional policies
