Parts Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at Dwayne Lane's Auto Family. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parts and equipment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Pickup and Delivery of Parts and Equipment: Safely transport parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Logistics and Administration: Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries and pick-ups, and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the company vehicle, including fueling, oil checks, and cleaning, to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Inventory Management: Assist the parts department with inventory management, including stocking and organizing parts, to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in parts delivery or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Basic mathematical skills, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for prolonged periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Environmental Factors: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
