This position reports to the Market Manager and is an integral part of the overall marketing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Marketing Representative:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services while staying informed about competitors.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers and clients during field marketing initiatives.
  • Inform prospects about the advantages of our services to create a positive brand experience and boost sales.
  • Support test markets and assist in identifying target territories.
  • Engage daily with team members to discuss campaign progress and strategize for ongoing success.

Qualifications for the Junior Marketing Representative:

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, sales, B2B or B2C sales, brand management, or a customer-oriented role.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations or the willingness to develop these skills through training.
  • A quick learner who is adaptable.
  • Organized, articulate, and ready to embrace challenges.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous.
