As a Home Health RN traveler with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home health, and make a positive impact on the lives of patients and families.

We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful and diverse location while gaining valuable experience and skills.

Job Summary

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement appropriate interventions and treatments to meet patient needs
  • Document all patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in Hawaii or eligible for reciprocity
  • At least one year of experience as a Home Health RN; recent experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
