Right at Home Spokane, a recognized leader in home care services, is seeking dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time positions, offering over 40 hours of work per week. While we prefer candidates with a Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, we are willing to provide training for those who have a genuine desire to assist others in their community.


Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and support to clients.
  • Work primarily in the client's home environment.
  • Adapt to varying shift times and activities based on client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in caregiving is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and background check.
  • Must possess a caring, energetic, and approachable demeanor.
