Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists with measuring, mixing, counting out, labeling, and recording amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders.
- Prepack medications for the floor, fill bottles with prescribed medications, and affix labels.
- Respond to questions or requests from patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and direct inquiries as needed to various departments.
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for medications, chemicals, and supplies.
- Order, label, and count stock of medications, chemicals, and supplies.
- Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, check for outdated medications in current inventory, and inform supervisor of stock needs and shortages.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Meet Expectations of Excellence for the position.
- Support location, departmental goals, and the overall objectives of the Company.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and standards of ethical conduct.
- Responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and safety.

- Perform all job duties with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach.
- Maintain professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- OH pharmacy technician license preferred.
- One (1) to three (3) years' pharmacy technician experience in a healthcare, senior living industry, assisted living, pharmacy, or long-term care environment.
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
