Pharmacy Automation Specialist

Synchrony Health Services is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as an Automation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Dosis, Cubex, and TCGRx machines to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepack medications for the floor, fill bottles with prescribed medications, and affix labels.
- Respond to questions or requests, directing inquiries as needed to various departments.
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
- Order, label, and count stock of medications, chemicals, or supplies.
- Receive and store incoming supplies, verifying quantities against invoices and checking for outdated medications.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician licensure required. National certification may be required within up to one year of employment.
- One to three years' pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care environment.
