A Day in the Life of a CenterWell Provider

  • You will spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative tasks.
  • You will see a variety in your caseload, from preventative care to chronic conditions, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' quality of life.
  • You will thrive in a value-based care model and contribute to an organization that is passionate about continuously improving consumer experiences.

Your Accomplishments Are Valued

  • Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of Florida.
  • 2-5 years of primary care experience with chronic disease management.
  • Current certification as an NP or PA.
  • Current DEA license or ability to obtain a DEA license.
  • This role is considered patient-facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to undergo TB screening.
