About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Orlando Senior Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their basic care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and walking exercises to maintain their mobility and independence.
  • Provide assistance with feeding, including preparing meals and snacks.
  • Clean and maintain patient rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, showering, and oral care.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
