Primary Duties:

  • Support HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Collect tools and materials necessary for HVAC tasks.
  • Execute basic responsibilities such as transporting equipment, installing ductwork, and connecting electrical components.
  • Follow directives from HVAC technicians and acquire proper installation techniques.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Comply with safety regulations and adhere to HVAC standards and codes.
  • Learn to identify basic HVAC system problems under the mentorship of experienced technicians.
