Our 12-month program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the confidence and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do

As a RN Resident, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. You'll work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
