Medication Aide

Cedar Ridge Health Campus is seeking a qualified Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
- Examine and identify medications brought into the health campus by new residents
- Create a caring and compassionate environment for residents
- Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding medication disposal
- Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
- Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
