Job Title: Treatment Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the face of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in lead/supervisor/leadership (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a spa, wellness, or beauty environment (preferred).
