Job Overview:

The New York Blood Center is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of blood and blood products.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee logistics and transportation operations, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Manage driver productivity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on safety compliance, including accidents and incidents.


Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred. Experience: Three years of experience in directing staff, office management or dispatcher is required. Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT regulations (hours of service) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary Range:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
