Job Summary:

Soliant, a leading staffing agency, is partnering with a school district in Michigan to fill multiple full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) roles for the school year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive therapy services to students within the school system.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
