Job Summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, constructing, and maintaining architectural and structural items for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of building components.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with historical building codes and preservation techniques.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • OSHA certification and training in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Journeymen License.
  • Clear background investigation and driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS software.
  • Customer service skills and ability to work with clients.
