Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $161,640 to $224,350, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description
This position plays a critical role in providing holistic and individualized care to patients in an acute setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, and delivering nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing plans of care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless communication with patients and families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state where care is provided.
- Minimum of 2 years' recent relevant experience in emergency department settings.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple interventions simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
