Job Description

TalentBurst is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions across multiple domains. This includes collaboration with service providers to map business requirements to technical specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, security, and storage
  • Collaborate with service providers to define KPIs, SLAs, and associated measurements to ensure quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process documents, configuration guides, and designs
  • Contribute to architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps
  • Manage service provider relationships, including definition of KPIs, measuring service quality, and outcomes
  • Drive cultural and technological disruption through innovative solutions and technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and metrics for service delivery
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies, including Cisco switches, wireless controllers, hypervisors, and automation tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions to resolve issues quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective prioritization and project management skills
Benefits
