- Generate and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues.
- Leverage technical expertise to make informed decisions and guide the engineering team.
- Ensure technical solutions meet quality standards and align with architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve conflicts, obstacles, and dependencies that may impact project success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or engineering roles.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
