Compensation:
Hourly pay rate ranges from $32 to $38.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical prototype products in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Engage with project stakeholders regularly to clarify daily objectives.
- Adhere to both verbal and written assembly instructions.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to establish optimal assembly practices.
- Propose modifications to assembly processes aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Revise assembly procedures and Bills of Materials based on observations.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the development of work cells.
Qualifications:
- Experience with fabrication tools such as hand drills or drill presses is advantageous.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to convey complex information effectively and build consensus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in electronics or electromechanical fields.
- Associate degree or higher in manufacturing or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools including screwdrivers, torque drivers, and pliers.
- Experience in soldering techniques.
- Certifications in PCBA through-hole and SMT are advantageous.
