Job Summary

C Lazy U Ranch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and culinary techniques.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $75,000 plus bonus opportunity. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
