Job Summary

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with MindCare Solutions, you will provide high-quality, evidenced-based patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. You will visit 1-2 facilities per workday for scheduled patient encounters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited MSN program with certification as a PMHNP.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
  • The ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments within defined hours.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email systems.
  • Independence, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy setting with minimal direct supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within the local market.
  • Current and unrestricted PA license.
  • Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
