Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Baxter Health.

About the Role

This position involves providing direct patient care while leading nursing teams and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Our RNs utilize a comprehensive nursing process to assess and implement evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
  • Collaborate with all members of the health care team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited nursing education (ADN required, BSN preferred).
  • A current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years experience preferred.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS certification within the first year of employment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans, paid time off, and education assistance scholarships.
