Frontend Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontend Supervisor to join our team at Ross Dress for Less. As a Frontend Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies.
• Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including expediting newly received merchandise to the sales floor.
• Support the Store Leadership team by covering breaks and lunches for associates and managing frontend/cashier performance.
• Understand and follow all company best practices and policies, including safety procedures and loss prevention protocols.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, and cooperative manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
• Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
