We are seeking an experienced and OPWDD authorized Self-Direction Support Broker to join our team at Exceptional Family Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering Self-Direction services and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Overview

This role involves creating and overseeing Self-Direction budgets and services, as well as assisting individuals and families in monitoring their expenses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Staff Action Plans and Safeguards, training and supervising Direct Support Professionals, and providing education and training to participants and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee Self-Direction budgets and services
  • Assist individuals and families in monitoring their expenses

  • Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals
  • Provide education and training to participants and planning teams
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering OPWDD Self-Direction services as a Fiscal Intermediary or Support Broker
  • Knowledge of computer software essential, experience working with eVero software a plus
  • Ability to supervise staff working in the community
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills required
