Michaels Arts and Crafts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated FT Replenishment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Manage and support the truck processes and lead the teams to ensure standards are met, achieving KPIs and managing team performance.
- Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard, ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers.
- Manage, execute, and support the AD set processes, maintaining seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), interacting with customers, and providing solutions to their needs.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members, supporting talent development activities, and participating in performance management activities.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful even in difficult situations, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values, and projecting a positive image as a role model for others.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions to their needs.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes and cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
- Public retail store setting, taking care of customers, with all public areas climate-controlled, some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks.
