Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with students in K-12 settings. As a SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and services to students with communication disorders under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support students' communication development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Active SLPA license in the respective state
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Communication Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Experience working with students with communication disorders
