About the Role

The Polysomnography Tech provides exceptional care for patients undergoing sleep studies and sleep disorder treatment. This critical role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform EEGs as assigned
  • Care for patients undergoing sleep studies and sleep disorder treatment

Requirements:

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • State of Tennessee Polysomnography licensure (obtain within 6 months of employment)
  • High School diploma or GED; Graduate of a Program in Discipline preferred
