About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Luxury Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for representing our clients and customers by effectively working in the field to implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, stock rotation, building displays, installing POS, and completing surveys and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an expert brand ambassador for all brands and products, selling any product to any stakeholder
  • Maintain rack integrity and presentation
  • Cover assigned territory regularly, which may have up to a 2-hour driving radius
  • Take controlled surveys once a year and report current trends and market conditions directly to the client team
  • Gain prominent floor space and maintain these displays to the client's standard by filling in cases when depleted and installing any new point of sale
  • Assure that retailers' determined prices are clearly marked for all brands in every part of the store
  • Execute trainings for employees of retailers
  • Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence
  • Work with web-based applications to prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned project work
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail and/or merchandiser experience with a background in sales/marketing and adult beverage industry, ideal, but not necessary
  • Positive, go-getter attitude is a must
  • Territory management
  • Retail training experience with associates and managers on client's initiatives and priorities
  • Able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 75 pounds
  • Reliable vehicle that is able to hold daily POS materials as well as be able to transport larger displays in a box as needed
  • Experience using mobile apps in real time to report field activity
  • Attention to detail when capturing photography and reporting
