Warehouse Associate Job Description

Dal-Tile is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of material handling duties in our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing inbound shipments, stocking material, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate forklift equipment to move and store material, and conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, and general office maintenance.
  • May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator.
  • 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
Competencies:
  • Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
