PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining an in-depth understanding of products to foster a welcoming environment.
- Accurately process all Point of Sale transactions and comply with cash handling protocols.
- Assist customers with validating tickets, support patrons, and maintain the gaming area.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports at the conclusion of shifts.
- Restock merchandise, aid in inventory reception, and perform general maintenance duties.
- Promptly communicate any equipment issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
This role involves various physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, and climbing. Expect moderate physical exertion and regular exposure to air contaminants and noise.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Standard office equipment, cleaning supplies, and various devices pertinent to store operations will be utilized in this position.
