Job Title: Project Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Noblis. As a Project Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the government Program Manager with technical knowledge of assigned teams and programs/projects.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as acquisition support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
• Provide acquisition guidance, planning, and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities
• Assist the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to the RFPs, Task Orders, BAAs, and Other Transactions
• Will support Agile-based program management
• Support the PM in multiple areas at the systems, mission, and enterprise levels; with program management; acquisition support; analytic support and analysis; and budgetary practices
• Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
• Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers
Required Qualifications:
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC
• Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation
• Familiarity with different contracting types, e.g.: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transactions, or Broad Agency Announcements
• Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by acquiring a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability
• Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
• Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $77,800 - $237,050 per year.
