We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals and implement operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to achieve business objectives.
- Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
- Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders in your area of responsibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
- 1 year's experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, managing challenging workforce issues, and preparing and executing budgets.
As a Walmart employee, you will receive competitive pay, performance-based bonus awards, and other great benefits, including health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and education benefits.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00, and additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
